Getting Started
Step One: Email us below or send a Text Message to (631) 440-1127 asking us a question or giving us a summary of your medical issues. Only non emergent questions please, Dr. Chris will respond back within 24 hours. There is NO OBLIGATION, so don't hesitate and let's see if Dr. Chris can assist you.
Step Two: If Dr. Chris determines he could assist you and if you are interested in proceeding, a nurse will contact you and walk you through the upcoming steps;
- Filling out a form detailing your medical history
- Gathering the results of previous test(s) that you have done
- Scheduling a Telephone Consultation Date with Dr. Chris
Step Three: Dr. Chris will contact you to conduct the Consultation
- Three-month membership cost is $900. The membership offers you:
- Comprehensive telemedicine consultation without any time constraints including weeknight and weekend appointments
- Thorough evaluation and interpretation of all previous digestive testing
- Prompt, and if needed same day, follow up consultation guiding you through the three-month period as we attempt to understand your digestive issues
- Dr. Chris will send you your CURE Comprehensive Consultation Note. This note will include his detailed assessment and recommendations that you may share with your other physicians
- Dr. Chris personal Cell phone and Email
- If at the end of your initial consult you are not satisfied with the information given to you, in a gesture of good faith, we will refund you ½ of your cost
No Insurances Accepted: Insurance companies place time constraints on physicians which many times leads to a fast-paced, impersonal and unsatisfying patient experience. The services provided in the membership package are above and beyond of what is offered during a standard medical consultation.
